Our Mission and Vision
Our Mission:
We are a non-profit organization committed to professionally rehabilitate wildlife, educate the community, and conserve the natural environment.
We provide rescue, medicine, surgery, and physical therapy leading to the release of wildlife into their natural habitat.
Our Vision:
We envision a community that values the natural environment and the creatures that inhabit it, where the public, wildlife rehabilitators, and wildlife professionals work in collaboration to preserve the health and diversity of local ecosystems for generations to come.
We strive towards our vision of a wildlife-friendly Minnesota through the cooperation of concerned citizens and the DNR.
As a non-profit organization, our programs are supported by membership dues, fundraising, and donations. We could not operate at the capacity that we do without the support of our volunteers, who donate more than 3,000 hours a year.
